Order Policy
1. Order Placement
Customers can place orders through the Care First mobile app. Upon placement, an order confirmation is generated, and the system begins assigning the appropriate service provider.
2. Order Assignment
After acceptance by the provider, the order is assigned to a service man who receives notification and confirms execution. If unavailable, the order is reassigned.
3. Scheduling
Users may schedule service delivery within available time slots. Rescheduling must be done at least 1 hour before the scheduled time, subject to availability.
4. Pricing and Payments
Prices are displayed before finalizing the order. All payments are collected digitally. Pricing may vary based on location, service complexity, and availability.
5. Order Modifications
Orders can be modified within 15 minutes of placement. Modifications after this period are not guaranteed and depend on service availability.
6. Customer Obligations
Customers must ensure that the service location is accessible and all necessary preparations are made. Failure to comply may result in service cancellation or rescheduling.
7. Non-fulfillment
In rare cases, services may not be fulfilled due to natural calamities, network issues, or other uncontrollable factors. In such cases, users are eligible for a refund or reschedule.
8. Service Completion
Upon successful delivery, customers will receive a completion confirmation. Feedback is encouraged to maintain service quality.
