Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by User
Customers may cancel at any time.  We do not charge anything if you cancel the order before 48 hours of Order delivery.   If it is between 24 to 48 Hours of the service delivery, then you will be refunded 50% of the Service cost.  If It is between 24 hours then there will be no refund..<br>

2. Cancellation by Service Provider
If a provider cancels the order, Care First will attempt to reassign the service to another provider. If not feasible, the user will receive a full refund.<br>

3. Emergency Cancellations
In case of emergencies (e.g., accidents, hospitalizations), users may request a cancellation with supporting documents. Waiver of fees is at Care First’s discretion.

4. Refund Process
Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 48 to 72 hours to the customer’s wallet in the app. Notifications will be sent via whatsapp or app.<br>

5. Service Disruptions
If a service is disrupted due to technical or weather-related issues, users will be notified immediately, and a reschedule or full refund will be offered.<br>

6. Repeated Cancellations
Accounts exhibiting frequent last-minute cancellations may be flagged for misuse, which could result in temporary suspension.<br>

7. Modification to Policy
Care First reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy as required. Users will be informed of significant changes via app notifications or email.<br>
